Issue 9 of Shredding Paper is in stores April 15 th. It's got a fascinating history of the British Glam movement of the early 70s, an article on Punk bootlegs and about 400 record reviews! SP #9 also features the Shredding Paper charts, and columns. Best places to get it are Tower Records, all the better indie record stores, and maybe Virgin Records and Borders, but when those stores sell out, which they always do, that's it.
